Open a file mentioned during your Pi session in your editor without leaving the conversation.
Use
Set EDITOR to an editor available on PATH, then enter /open inside Pi.
If Pi has one recent existing file to offer, it opens that file.
If several files were mentioned, Pi shows a picker so you can choose one.
Open a specific existing file directly:
/open src/index.ts
Pi looks at files mentioned by you or Pi, including files Pi edited or wrote in the current session branch.
It opens the chosen file in a new right-hand WezTerm pane when Pi is running in WezTerm.
In Termux, it starts an editor session through Termux instead.
/open needs EDITOR, WezTerm with WEZTERM_PANE, or Termux with its am command available.
If a requirement is missing, Pi shows a startup warning and leaves your session unchanged.
Termux also requires allow-external-apps = true in ~/.termux/termux.properties.
