Production ran image dd3de6a628c..., built immediately after 265e469, since 2026-08-05.
It was active with no queued, processing, or active runs and two failed inbox records.
Retained workspaces occupied 28 GiB and contained 865,635 files.
Result
Current source was not deployable under the observed verification state.
Open issues capture the source-backed blockers.
