Email platform direction is unresolved

Mail-in-a-Box migration and a custom Stalwart stack were proposed as mutually exclusive replacements. Neither was accepted or implemented. The Mail-in-a-Box proposal also contradicted itself on architecture and machine family.

Current infrastructure still depends on box.bugabinga.net for mail and DNS management. Create no migration phase or plan until an explicit specification selects a direction.
