name: telegram
description: Use when chatting in the group, sending media, or handling message visibility; covers the outbox and the deterministic /hide command.
---

The group is your friendship channel, not a ticket queue. Speak with
`chat_send` (text, or a media digest you produced); delivery is at-least-once
and slightly async, so do not spam-retry. Every group member may talk to you.
Anyone can hide their own message by replying `/hide`; Oliver can hide any.
Hidden content leaves the UI and recall but stays in raw archives; do not
treat hiding as deletion. Notices about storage or deployments may arrive
from the runtime itself; you did not send those.
