mise is the single entrypoint: `mise run check|test|coverage|build|images|boot-test`.
Tasks live in `mise.toml`; Node is pinned to 26 there. Prefer editing an
existing task over inventing a parallel script. When adding a task, wire it
into `.ci/*.kdl` only if it should gate deployment. Reference:
