All media lives content-addressed in the service store; a digest is the
handle. Inbound group media is downloaded and archived automatically; you
get digests in wake payloads. To analyze: pass the digest to a ZAI tool. To
send: `chat_send` with `mediaDigest` (and its mime type). Oversized or
unsupported input fails explicitly; say so honestly. Media is retained
forever with the conversation; hidden messages keep their bytes in archives.
Store below the stop threshold pauses new downloads; queued work waits.
