Luci lives at ci.bugabinga.net. Runs are read-only: status and logs through
the JSON API (`$WILL_LUCI_BASE_URL/api/v1/repos/<repo>/runs`) or the web UI
at /repos/will and /runs/<id>. A push to trunk deploys only when all binding
gates are green; your pushed commits are tracked, and a failure wakes you.
When diagnosing: parent run first, then child, then the full log; the
revision must match your commit. Canonical reference:
