# klaus Use Claude subscription access from Pi when you want Claude models alongside Pi's normal workflow. Select a `klaus/*` model and keep using Pi normally for prompts, tools, sessions, and UI. ## Start Install or update through [Installation](../../README.md#install), then restart Pi after rebuilding. Log in to Anthropic in Pi with `/login`, then choose a `klaus/*` model in `/model`. Klaus needs Pi-managed Anthropic OAuth, so API-key-only Anthropic sign-in cannot use it. ``` /model # choose klaus/claude-sonnet-… ``` `/klaus-setup-token` opens an Anthropic sign-in flow and gives you a long-lived OAuth token. Use it only when you need that token, and treat the displayed or copied token like a password. ## What to expect Klaus shows current Claude model families available through Pi instead of dated snapshot IDs. Your normal Pi conversation continues when switching or compacting sessions.
