- Register `klaus` as a lazy Pi `Provider` whose `getModels()` projects Pi's composed Anthropic catalog on demand; the `turn_start` re-registration and the JSON model signature are removed, and the builtin Anthropic catalog remains the fallback when the registry knows no Claude models.
