footer # footer Several Pi extensions can have useful status without each competing for screen space. footer gives them one compact terminal footer, separating workspace details from model and session details. ![footer demo: one shared footer line fed by several extensions, toggled with /footer](assets/demo.gif) ## Use Nothing to invoke. In Pi's terminal UI, footer appears automatically when a session starts and fills as compatible extensions report status. It shows workspace information, current session status, and model-related indicators across one or two lines, with an extra overflow line when needed. Use `/footer` to hide or show it. You can also press `Ctrl+Alt+F`. The toggle applies only in Pi's terminal UI.
