- Remove the Bash Git editor policy: it injected Bash source into every shell tool and broke non-Bash shells such as Nushell
- Stop intercepting `tool_call`; git-safe no longer rewrites agent-issued shell commands

- Format byte sizes with Pi's `formatSize` instead of two local formatters; size-limit errors and the clone result now use binary units (KB = 1024 B) and cap at MB
