Continuity prevents an unfinished Pi task from stopping just because its conversation was compacted.

Nothing to invoke or configure.

After Pi successfully compacts a conversation, Continuity automatically sends one hidden follow-up asking the agent to recover your intent from the new summary and current worktree.

If actionable work remains, the agent continues it.

The visible result is the agent resuming the task after compaction without you having to repeat your request.

Continuity stays out of the way when you already have a queued message or Pi has a more specific active continuation workflow. While AFK mode is enabled, AFK handles its own recovery; Continuity does not restart completed AFK work.

It does not continue a compaction that Pi is retrying.
