Nuguland companion shell rollout

  1. Foundation Establish the named shell, composition-root service injection, Nugu semantics, public IPC, diagnostics, and graphical-session service. Keep incumbent frontends authoritative until live checks pass.
  2. Bar core Add the primary-output bar, all-output workspace state, workspace actions, and clock. Exit when geometry, updates, and safe show or hide checks pass.
  3. Status services Add media, connectivity, resources, audio, brightness, and battery state through native services or bounded adapters. Exit when values match independent system readings and every interaction is verified.
  4. Companion surfaces Add tray, clipboard, bind-mode state, calendar, idle inhibition, and confirmed power interactions. Exit when popouts are readable, keyboard accessible, and destructive paths remain gated.
  5. Native notifications Transfer notification ownership under a rollback guard. Verify urgency, timeout, actions, history, dismissal, and do-not-disturb behavior. Exit when one daemon owns the bus and rollback is proven.
  6. Cutover Run parse, lint, interaction, visual, service, and process checks. Remove live references to replaced frontends only after parity evidence and human approval.
