## Repo

Dorkfiles. One Git repository, several machines.
Host bootstrap assumes Git and mise; mise supplies Java; other tools come from the system package manager.
`bootstripper.java` converges the Git filter, attributes, and hooks that keep secrets encrypted and commits gated.

Symlink manifests are `repo/path` + `~/target/path` pairs; the hostname chooses `<host>.symlinks`.

Nested Systems, each governing its own subtree:

- `quickshell/nuguland/` — desktop shell, own System with `NL` IDs.
- `neovim/` — own subtree; not yet initialized.

Also in this repo:

- `pi/agent/` — Pi settings, models, modes, skills; extension sources under `pi-ext/extensions/`.
- Nugu palettes and themes — load the `nugu` skill before palette work.

READMEs are human overview and carry no binding rules.
